that will most definitely help you to STOP WORRYING ALL THE TIME!

In this Class we will make a wonderful little creation called the Worry Box!

Would you like to learn how to let go of ALL of your worries?

Do you want to feel better because you are not spending all of your time worrying?

At this FREE Live/Online Class I'm going to deliver that and much, MUCH more!

Oh and I'll even make it possible for you to reduce stress while we are at it!

The Worry Box is literally a place where you can let all of your worries go, and it really does work like magic.

In this live/online class
We will create a Worry Box together
Understand how and why it works
Then stuff it with our worries!

Simple Supplies:
Empty Tissue Box
Paper
Scissors
Markers, Colored Pencils or Crayons
Pencil
Eraser
Glue, Glue Stick or Clear Tape
Your Lovely Self

Oh, and I'll share a video of my kitty getting into the Worry Box!
As I was creating the sample, I left my desk for a bit of time...
when I came back her head was STUCK in the Worry Box!
I had such an amazing laugh, and can't wait to share it with you!
